Registration Steps:
- Register for the QMCPACK Advanced Users Workshop 2023 using the "Apply" button located at the bottom of the "Meeting Registration" page.
- Complete the Argonne Visitor Registration Form to receive a gate pass to access Argonne National Laboratory. The Argonne sponsor is Sue Gregurich, [email protected].
The Argonne Visitor Registration is separate from the QMCPACK Advance Users Workshop 2023 Registration and must be completed unless you are a US citizen attending remotely.
- Make your hotel reservation by calling the Argonne Guest House directly at +1-630-739-6000 if hotel accommodations are required. Use the room block, "QMCPACK" to secure your room.
Note to all “In Person Attendees” and "Non-US Citizens", after you complete and submit the “Argonne Visitor Registration Form” you will receive an Argonne Visitor Registration welcome email with a link to Argonne National Laboratory requirements.
