Meeting registration is required for all participants, whether attending in person or remotely.
In addition to meeting registration, non-SLAC employees and affiliates attending in person must complete a separate SLAC visitor registration form for site access. Instructions for completing the visitor registration will be provided after meeting registration is submitted.
The registration form includes an opportunity to identify any dietary restrictions or accommodations.
Registration & Payment Deadline
The deadline to register and submit payment is October 2, 2026. If you need to register after this date, please contact Glenna or Samantha to discuss available options.
Registration Fees
The in-person meeting registration fee is $190 and covers meeting expenses, including coffee breaks and refreshments. There is no registration fee for remote participants.
An optional workshop dinner is available for an additional $68. Full details about the dinner are available on the Workshop Dinner page.
