PESO Project Planning Meeting 2026

PESO Project Planning Meeting 2026 -- In-person all-hands meeting for members of the PESO Project.  There is no registration fee. Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be provided in the morning and afternoon breaks.

A few things to do right away for participants:

• Register for the meeting by June 18 using the "Register now" button located at the bottom of this page.
• Complete the Argonne Visitor Registration to secure a gate pass to access to the Argonne site. The Argonne Visitor Registration is separate from the Meeting Registration and must be completed to receive a gate pass for onsite access (even if you have an HSPD-12 badge from another lab). 
• Book your room at the Argonne Guest House or suggested alternatives. 
• Pack your Real-ID driver's license, passport or HSPD-12 badge for when you visit Argonne.
