Attendance at the 2026 Nek User Meeting is a two-part process that requires both meeting registration and Argonne visitor registration form.
Argonne National Laboratory is a restricted site, and no one will be allowed onsite without a prearranged gate pass. This meeting registration does not give you gate pass access.
To request a gate pass, you MUST complete the visitor registration form below.
Please be sure to complete this request for a gate pass on or before May 20, 2026. It could take up to two weeks for onsite approval.
Instructions
The Department of Energy requires current and complete CVs/resumes in PDF format to accompany the registration form.
Non-US citizens: DO NOT begin until you have your immigration and naturalization documents available that establishes both your identity and legal immigration status (e.g., passport, visa, EAD card, I-20, DS-2019, I-797, or any other supplemental status documentation required to confirm your identity and legal immigration status).
