The 2026 MEERCAT All Hands Meeting provides an opportunity for the eight microelectronics projects that comprise MEERCAT to network and discuss potential collaborations and resources that can be leveraged.
The meeting is organized to facilitate cross-project discussions.
Important Registration Requirements
To attend this meeting, two steps are required in accordance with Argonne National Laboratory and the U.S. Department of Energy policies:
- Meeting Registration - submit your registration through this website. Click the Register Now at the bottom of this page.
- Argonne Visitor Registration - complete the Argonne visitor registration (required for in person and virtual participants)
Please note: Virtual attendance for Foreign National participants is subject to a vetting and confirmation process. The meeting registration does not guarantee participation in the MEERCAT All Hands Meeting.
For in person attendees, site access details will be provided upon approval.
Foreign Nationals:
The visitor registration process requires 14–45 business days for approval. Although we are now beyond the recommended 45-day submission window and cannot guarantee that site access will be approved prior to the meeting, we are willing to proceed with your request. To allow sufficient processing time, you must complete your registration no later than Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
U.S. Citizens:
Registration must be completed by April 1, 2026, or earlier if maximum capacity is reached.
Transportation Notice:
Using a rental/personal vehicle is strongly recommended, as it typically expedites site access and helps minimize potential delays. Ride-share and taxi drivers must obtain gate passes upon arrival, which may result in additional wait times.
