Registration Instructions

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

Foreign Nationals:      October 22nd, 2025
U.S. Citizens:               October 29th, 2025

Registration Steps:

1.     Register for the CPSFM All Hands Meeting

  • Register here or use the "Meeting Registration" button in the left menu.
  • Once your application is accepted, you will be asked to complete the Argonne Visitor Registration Form.

2.     Complete the Argonne Visitor Registration (if required)

  • Who must complete this form?
    • All onsite attendees (US and non-US citizens).
    • All non-US citizens (including LPR holders), whether attending remotely or in person.
  • Who does not need to complete this form?
    • US citizens attending remotely

3.     Reserve Lodging (if needed)

  • Contact the Argonne Guest House at 1-630-252-6000.
  • Mention the room block, “CPSFM All Hands” to book your room.

Please note:

  • The Argonne Visitor Registration Form is separate from the CPSFM meeting registration.
  • HSPD-12 badges will NOT grant access to Argonne.
  • After completing the visitor registration, we will begin processing your site access.
  • When fully approved, a gate pass will be issued, and you will receive a welcome email with a link to the “Visiting Argonne” website. Please review the laboratory’s visitor rules carefully. 
  • If you arrive onsite during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST), pick up your gate pass from the Welcome Center (Bldg. 224: located just outside of the Main Gate at S. Cass Ave. & Northgate Rd.)
  • Outside of these hours, pick up your gate pass at the Main Gate (S. Cass Ave. & Northgate Rd.)
  • Access to Argonne National Laboratory, including participation in the CPSFM All-Hands Meeting 2025, is contingent upon compliance with Argonne’s Visitor Requirements.

Summary:

Only US citizens attending virtually are exempt from completing the Argonne Visitor Registration Form. All others – onsite attendees and non-US citizens (virtual or onsite) – must complete it.
