This meeting convenes CELS and PSE researchers working in Quantum Computing, whom are not developing hardware devices. Researchers cover a broad range of topics from algorithms to systems and simulations of quantum networks. The overall goal of this meeting is to define intersectional collaborations among this diverse group of scientists.
