FY20 EVMS Review Logistics

 

1. Information request will include the March, April, and May reporting periods.
2. Information will be housed/posted to the Indico:  EVMS Internal Surveillance Documentation
3. Review interviews will be coordinated via Bluejeans.  Links are available via Indico
   1. Breakout Rooms:  Subcommittee breakouts rooms will be made available based on the needs of the team.
   2. Executive Session/Room is private and restricted to members of the review team.
4. Joining a session, participant will include their first and last name
   1. If joining by phone, update number to your name in chat
5. Everyone will be muted upon entry into the each session.  If you are not presenting or being interviewed, microphone and camera should be off.
6. For Plenary:  Questions can be captured using the chat feature of Bluejean.  The moderator will monitor questions and pose them after presenter is done.
   1. When done presenting or speaking, put your mic back on mute
7. CAM interviews will not have presentations, unless they are responding to homework questions from the review team.
   1. Only the CAM and assigned project controls will be allowed in the CAM interviews.
   2. When P6 and/or Cobra needs to be accessed, projects controls will drive and the CAM will provide responses.  Project controls will not respond to any questions posed to the CAM.  Project controls will only respond to questions if requested by the review committee.
   3. ECDC:  Construction CAM, Pat Hogan, is planned to have his interview one week prior to the review.  He will be absent the week of the review.
