Schedule and Submission Procedure

The extended deadline for paper submission is August 12, 2022 at 11:59pm AoE.

Authors will be notified of their papers' disposition on or before September 9, 2022.

Optional, pre-recorded videos of presentations will be due on September 30, 2022.

Final versions of the accepted papers will be due on October 14, 2022.

The workshop will be held on November 13, 2022.

The ROSS workshop proceedings will be published electronically via the IEEE Computer Society Digital Library. Submitted manuscripts should be formatted using the IEEE template conference mode (please be sure to use the current version). Extensive documentation can be found at the IEEE site. The maximum paper length is 8 pages, not including references and other appendices (see below). All papers must be in English. We use single-blind reviewing process, so please keep the authors names, publications, etc., in the text.

The SC22 Reproducibility Initiative makes use of Artifact Description and Artifact Evaluation appendices to enhance the scientific rigor of submissions. We encourage the prospective authors to get acquainted with this initiative and to consider adding one or both of these appendices to their submission. Participation in the initiative is optional for ROSS submissions and will not influence the acceptance decisions.

The workshop uses the Linklings conference manager for submission and notification. Start the paper by providing the title, authors, and the abstract in plain text, and then submit the full paper in PDF (see a sample form). The submission system supports unrestricted reuploading of updated versions until the deadline, so there’s no need to wait until the last minute. Please click here to start the process and follow the instructions. If you experience any problem, please contact us immediately.

Registration will be handled by the SC22 conference. See this page for details.
