FY2021 Earned Value Management System Internal Surveillance Review

This will be a formal review of the UChicago Argonne, LLC (UC-A) Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implemented at Argonne National Laboratory (Argonne).  Discussions and interviews will be performed to assess how the EVM System works and its implementation across all of Argonne (accounting, procurement, software tools and interfaces, scheduling, cost estimating, reporting, Control Account Managers (CAMs), work authorization, etc).  The outcome of this review will be a formal assessment of the UC-A EVM System by an external, independent review team.  This assessment will include corrective actions and continuous improvements.
